Support from Management
Top management means well and attempts to work to continue company legacy and quality. Lower supervisors are over their heads with opinion of themselves and have only the desire to keep their positions while doing the parts of the job they enjoy. They tend to be obtuse and abusive.
Team members care and work very hard.
Problems create policy changes at every turn and workers simply are not informed enough of the constant work-around a necessary to fix the problem. Same problems over and over again
