Suggestions for improvement
- Get back to basics and hire minimal actual working management that helps and does not skate by the seat of their pants.
None. They talked with each other and leave employees out .

Pretty bad. It's tell on someone to get them in trouble to earn brownie points.. managers can be worse they just want to climb ladder and get bonuses.. so walk on all
Colleagues in my department worked well together. Employees in other departments are bullies and attempt to get others in trouble. You need to document everything to protect the lies they have no issue making up about you. CYA is a MUST!!!!
I never felt I had job security. I was bullied from the start. Management and HR were aware but did nothing.
