Suggestions for improvement
- I can't think of any improvements because, I don't think they would make any improvements.
What I like about the company
Supervisor participation depending, you could have a drawing for prizes; depending upon attendance. Award Ceremonies. Birthday celebration every month, only for those who had a birthday that month. Recruitment bonuses. Sales bonuses. Survey bonuses. Some supervisors went above and beyond to help you.
What I dislike about the company
Having to use break minutes, or wait until your break is unhealthy. That's why so many people left on a stretcher. It was hot and, they weren't staying hydrated because they knew they had to hold it or use break minutes. The training we recieved was to short, trying to pack 10 weeks into 5 was a bad idea. The help we were told would be there, was not there.
