What I like
I loved interacting with coworkers and guests. I learned all about diversity and cultures through this job. I learned time management and how to be better at customer service and appropriate interactions.
What I dislike
I wish upper management would be more open to feedback about what was not working at the store and what the employees thought we could do to fix it
Suggestions for improvement
Make it mandatory for the boss to actually clock into work and help the employees when they were struggling to keep up with the demand
