- Stop being "Bus Drivers" and be "Real"
Last minute decisions are made without employees input. Schedules are frequently changed and its very poor communication
The workload was often impossible. The goals were stressful and more than half of the staff did not meet the required deadlines when I worked as an admissions advisor. We were then threatened to lose our jobs in a month and the company downsized and laid many workers off including myself
