Suggestions for improvement
- I would have more mandatory trainings more often, and, raise the educational qualifications for all job descriptions. Leadership courses and soft skills should be taught and emphasized.
What I like about the company
Training is always available, growth and professional development is encouraged. Compensation is fair and a pension is available when 80 years of sefvice plus age is attained. Judicial staff is caring and supportive and judicial takes care of their employees. The State offers special assistance programs for employees in need. I was supported 100 percent when I went back to college to obtain my degree. Time was given to me to attend classes and to complete homework/ projects. Also, when my Father was diagnosed with cancer my Chief Jufge and administrator made it possible for me to be with him out of the state and take care of him until he passed. My Judges have always been highly supportive and have assisted in training new staff. My years with Judicial have been great. I like my job a lot and highly value the people I work with. I have been given many learning opportunities. I started as a part time deputy clerk and have worked my way up to Clerk.
What I dislike about the company
I do not like when people are not nice, unreasonable or unfair. This is usually a personnel issue however, and, HR is available to assist with training, mediation, or disciplinary action.
