Suggestions for improvement
- Have a salary increase based on longevity and experience. Lower the probation period from one year to 90 days or even six months.
I like about the employer
It is a secure work site. It has good benefits
I dislike about the employer
Over 10 years without a pay increase. The legislature desires to place funds in other areas instead of with the employees who sacrificed so the state could be in a great financial condition. It is difficult to see an new employee hired and knowing that they are receiving the same salary as you even though you may have five or more years of experience, yet you must train them. Have a salary increase based on years of experience. having to undergo a ONE YEAR probation period, even if you change positions within the state.
