Suggestions for improvement
- Consider listening to your employees and hiring more, instead of running at 67% of staff needed. Communicate clearly before moving staff into completely different positions and different supervisors. Upper management struggled in being sensitive to their employees needs and properly supporting them in order to be successful with their work loads.
What I like about the company
Coworkers were the best thing for the most part.
