- The culture could be improved if everyone acted like adults and in return, employees got to be treated like adults instead of being micromanaged.
What I like about the company
I get to do meaningful work that is directly in line with my career goals.
What I dislike about the company
The office can be quite disorganized and dysfunctional, with hardly any structure.
