Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of 5 or 6 levels of Vice presidents, and revamp your entire operation. I was always surprised how Hooley made it work, its a mess. Also, you might want to create better benefits to retain better talent, i had 4 people underneath me leave on 3 different occasions when they were given a salary to live on with a family.
What I like about the company
Street Street, has a good image and the training is good. I personally liked my boss who i reported, however, his superiors usually were difficult.
