It would really depend I think but in my experience, I felt they were fair and trusting at first but true colors are shown the further you continue your employment.
Support from management
I might have given more stars if I felt I was supported by me leaders
Teamwork only lasts until everything changes in the office where you are. Managers leave, regional change, and Steadfast does not seem to understand all the flipping causes disruption
Freedom to work independently
I was able to choose which days I had off but other than that I did not have any say and I ended up feeling small, not cared for, not trusted and ashamed to work for Steadfast.
Communication is just okay. If your problem is not important to them, it will not be tended to promptly.
Woman have the same opportunities as men but again this is forced because if not it's against federal law.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I have not had experience with an older/senior employee.
There is room for advancement if you leave behind your morals and training is not something they practice. I do hear they are progressing towards a training program for employees.
Overall compensation for your work
It depends on the position offered but they do not, in my position, offer a good compensation. Other companies in the same area offer $4.00 to $5.00 more.
Office / Work Environment
Working environment is fine but it has to be otherwise prospects would not rent.
They support what is popular and makes them appear compassionate
Work and home life aren't really separated and if something is needed on a day off (even the smallest thing that can wait), your phone will ring off the hook. They are very inconciderate
Steadfast does try to promote a good image but most reviews I've seen do not reflect that image.
Follow there bread crumbs and you will be stable.
Yes, they do comply with OSHA.
I do enjoy what I do and how I help people in this field but not with this company.

No, they do not accept opinions. They will listen but will not change.
Suggestions for improvement
- It doesn't take much to be a decent human being. Start trying to do that, and things may change. Stop trying to build and focus on the properties you already have. Then, think about expanding because soon enough you will have a heartless corporation. This business should be more about helping people, not taking every last dime they work hard for.
What I like about the company
I like what they try to stand for but I'm afraid if they don't really start to portray their slogan, they will fail as a corporation; but then again, greed and selfishness gets large companies further these days.
What I dislike about the company
Is too much to type. They are not compassionate, they are greedy, they act as if there is not life separate from the office and they are not good at keeping their word.
