Suggestions for improvement
- To advise individuals of required goals for department and ensure that each employee was informed of these goals on a weekly basis.
- To ensure that fraternization was minimal and that favoritism was not based on an outside work relationship with certain members of the team, creating a clear impression of favoritism.
- To ensure that Supervisors are held to a level of higher expectation.
