Not a very strong culture. They focus more on taking care of senior management than they do on the rank and file.
Support from Management
Managers make and break promises at their convenience. They are happy to "advance" people when it's convenient for them, but your salary won't keep up.
Very little transparency about what is going on in the company
You will advance quickly up the ranks as long as you work hard. Unfortunately, your salary won't keep up. They will make excuses about why they can't raise your pay when you are promoted, but when you put in your notice, they will offer to match your salary that they couldn't seem to find the money to increase before. Also, if you are promised a promotion or an office, and it becomes inconvenient for them to keep that promise, they will not hesitate to break it no matter how hard you worked to earn it.
