Needs a lot of work
Support from Management
Leadership is often unhappy and let's this be known to employees. While there are good factors there are also negative ones that outweigh the good. Management is not trusted.
Needs a lot of work. There seems to be a lot of internal dissatisfaction, competition (not the good kind), and mistrust.
Level of Autonomy
Employees could be empowered more and thus feel a higher level of commitment and eagerness to improve store sales/performance.
