Supervisors start to do well but then their boss goes completely left

Most of the good leaders have left
Employees are great & there is a sense of "team" between every one because of how things are being run. I like all of my direct co-workers.
Freedom to work independently
You will do more than what you should be doing 100% of the time
Worse I've ever witnessed coming from leadership
Female co-workers have left because of how they've been spoken to
There's no room for growth for young people in the company
Overall compensation for your work
If you're not "checking emails on Sunday nights", you're not giving 100%

- Sell the company and start over.
What I like about the company
It's a sports company. You talk sports all day. Co-workers are great. When not dealing with CEO, job can be enjoyable
What I dislike about the company
The company is still be run as if it were in the 80s. If leadership shows any type of compassion for employees, CEO doesn't like it. He wants to be right all of the time. He will call, email or text you until you respond...at 5am...or weekends.
