low pay, high insurance
The concept of the company on paper sounds good.
I dislike their benefits, the deductible $5000 before insurance pays any amount. The amount you pay into having benefits weekly you would think they would be better. They used to have great benefits, affordable copays, now won't go to the doctor because I can't afford it. Underpaid especially if your on salary, put in 20+ extra hours a week and never get any compensation. The company has changed and does not follow their core values and has become greedy.
They have sterifun which give out incentives, celebrate holidays, and create fun activities
I was part of the management favorites so I received ample help from the management team plus all of the overtime I wanted but that was only 20% of us that received that treatment
If you are best friends with the managers then you will see teamwork..teamwork within the cliques in the company.
