Suggestions for improvement
- Health care benefit costs (out of pocket responsibilities) have almost tripled in the last couple of years and they still didn't cover basic expenditures. Improve pay structure and incentives to obtain meaningful raises instead of 1-2.5% across the board, (didn't even cover annual COL increases)whether you were outstanding achiever and a high producer of revenue, competency and pride compared to someone who didn't/doesn't/hasn't produce anything meaningful. Over-scheduled and understaffed leading to poor morale.
What I like about the company
Opportunities to grow into different projects, positions, IF allowed to do so. Not so with me personally, but witnessed it. Co-workers and customers were the best!
