No time/resources to even research/get permission to attend training or further career development seminars.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop with the feel good talks, show up with proactive tangible efforts/ results to improve employee morale and pride. Remember, it is the everyday, low on the totem pole employee, that makes a company a win or lose culture. STOP asking what to do without following through with action. Don't ask what you want us to think and feel if you really don't care!! It's patronizing and insulting.
