Support from Management
The leadership works you to the bone and gives you nothing in return. Punishment that are meant for children.
There's no team work. People turn on each other and they want that.
Level of Autonomy
They work you like you are a manager without any benefit. No promotion. Little to no raises. Just tell you to do more with hopes to get ahead.
