overall the company culture was very friendly and professional
Support from management
throughout my employment there was significant inconsistency with the support from management. The direct manager of the team was unsupportive, however the company encouraged employees to voice opinions in growth and team building.
there was a lack of teamwork and communications at the time of my employment with the company
Freedom to work independently
my direct supervisor at the time of my employment was consistently overbearing which made the team pressured and created a negative culture
not a flexible work environment for a family man/woman
What I like about the company
The company grew rapidly in the 2+ years of my employment and there was a lot of learning experience with the growth of the company which I found very satisfying and stimulating
What I dislike about the company
I disliked the lack of lower management supervision and inefficiency of team building. Although I feel the company has great intentions, the accountability for the lack of professionalism of team leads and managers forces a high turnover and very low job security.
