Suggestions for improvement
- People managers not just those that always looking to cut. But rather those that are looking to improve by getting the best out of their employees. Training is a huge missing component.

The people I directly work with at the company are like family. Work well with all and enjoy sharing ideas and skills with all
What I dislike about the company
Mid level to upper management. They dont know how to manage people to their strengths or even understand the company so they can improve the business. Need more system administrators through out the organization that under stands the systems and the business.
