Support from Management
This is the most pervasive characteristic of this company. They do not support the contract staff in any way, whether it's assisting an employee who needed accommodation for a physical issue, allowing time for professional development such as training and conferences, or resolving conflicts with the customer. When false accusations were made against a colleague and conflict arose between her and the customer, STG fired her with no effort to investigate or resolve the situation. I'd rate this zero if possible.
What I dislike about the company
Focus is on filing seats on contacts. They make no investment on employees.
