- Talk to your staff not at your staff. Take others into consideration as opposed the ones you think are important to you. Be specific about what you want & have a real orientation & hiring process. Learn to listen!

I dislike about the employer
The lack of communication as well as the lack of organization. There are no perks at all. No paid national holidays, no PTO, no benefits for PT or FT staff.
