Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2011
Employees are commended for their work. But, raises are few and far between. Supervisor is out of the office so often and will ask coworkers about employees work, which can be very awkward, instead of addressing the employee directly.
Support from Management
Supervisor is normally absent. Resolves conflicts, but only after it has escalated or is over.
Colleagues often mistrust each other.
