No employee involvement in decision making.. Even when with that was the very job they were to do

- Stop alienating your operational work staff. Just because u were there longer doesn't mean that you are provisioning a compliant CRO service meeting the customers needs...and pay should be allocated for those individuals who are qualified, have work ethic, exhibit the knowledge as education...not to mention ensure that customer satisfaction has always been produced under my former assistance. listen to us! Employees want to stay when their resources are being valued and that thier work is being appreciated (both financially but also in recognition).
