The work environment highly depended on the client you were assigned to.
This is a contract agency, employee's come and go quickly.
Freedom to work independently
Employees had no say in where they were assigned nor did they have any say over job duties.
No there was no commination between employees and company concerning profits and losses.
Yes all Female and male employees were treated equally.
Attitude towards older colleagues
From what I could see all employees were treated equally. there was always a large turn over rate.
On going training was non excitant.
Overall compensation for your work
For the most part wages were minimum wages, the company tried often to pay less than the client intended for their officers to be paid. Benefits were not offered.
Office / Work Environment

Suggestions for improvement
- Improve on safety when training officers with firearm's. do not allow officers to carry firearms when they were not truly qualified to do so. Provide all employees with uniforms and equipment needed to do their jobs. Pay employee's what the client intends for them to be paid.
