- complete reorganization of the leaders there. retraining on all the Osha regulations of a plant
Owner is not balanced and likes to complicate things. He lets consultants run ragged and if you kiss their butt, you'll be just fine.
No one knows who is in charge.
Hires and fires in waves, depending on if the owner took his meds that day.
