When You have a problem, as a contractor. If you report that problem to Human Resources they would end your contact. Instead of handling the problem with both parties.

Compensation could have been better.. Due to work conditions ( climate control) in summer and winter

Not sure I worked in the warehouse, however when family members of HR is hired they can do and treat people with disrespect and still keep their jobs. Where as the other party gets fired

False.. when you first start it comes off as a good company to work for. Family oriented, fair on if you have problems come to them.. not true. Your job is on the line if you complain to Human Resources

Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your contractor’s better than they have been. You have hard working dedicated people who enjoy their jobs but HR assistant/ just want to get rid of whom ever that may have a problem. Instead of finding a solution.
What I like about the company
Need better leadership and open minded people running. Because you would forever training people. Which means poor equality work and longer time getting work out!
What I dislike about the company
Walking on eggshells, scared to report any work place with people or work issues due to being fired.
