Support from Management
Supervisors would train you one way and then when you followed instructions they would write up for doing what they told you to do. They did not communicate well.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire the management you have now and hire new ones with better training.

I dislike about the employer
Management needs to be retrained or investigated. They tell you one thing but expect you to understand to do the opposite.
