There was none.
Support from management
Poor direction. Misguided views. Leadership non existent and most importantly the lack of cooperation and listening to those with the skills
Teamwork didn't exist
Freedom to work independently
Everything was left to the property managers and above to handle. The direct leaders wanted nothing but to collect a check and try to get rich quick, while paying the actual employees barely a living wage. Management was more worried about how they looked to others than worrying about the sanity of the employees at all levels.
Overall compensation for your work
There are no health benefits. You need to find your own.
Office / Work Environment
Very unsafe. They actually were doing construction and using circular saws / paint / roofing in closed non vented spaces. At times the smell from the saws were so bad, customers complained but we're not heard.
Expected to work non stop.
Management would fire amazing people after 3 months or less "just because" such a shame.
OSHA needs to visit quickly.
Suggestions for improvement
- Offer health insurance.
Treat employees with respect.
Allow managers to lead.
Listen to people with experience if you want to be successful.
Stop throwing old irrelevant prior companies in people's faces and focus on future business, learning and leading others. Fear doesn't work.
What I like about the company
There were a few amazing property managers that were outstanding.
What I dislike about the company
The management/owners poor misguided business abilities and lack of care for employees.
