- There needs to be more balance within the staff and basic coursework for improved recovery support and planning.
What I like about the company
They are making an effort to assist clients in creating a transitional lifestyle.
I was exposed to the culture and taught to set and maintain boundaries.
What I dislike about the company
They express a low regard for their employees and this filters down to how these employees treat their clients, making a hard situation even harder.
