The company does not care about employees or their feedback they try to make you think you matter by giving out yearly surveys but in the end they still do what they want & you can complain until you are blue in the face.

Teamwork

No, I feel it doesn't work in my department at this time. My department currently has 3 people who are extremely young and immature and I feel they make the department feel like we are back in middle school instead of a workplace. Another employee also agrees..it's all games and they have their little clique. We just come to do our jobs not to socialize and cause a ruckus.

  • There needs to be more balance within the staff and basic coursework for improved recovery support and planning.

What I like about the company

They are making an effort to assist clients in creating a transitional lifestyle.
I was exposed to the culture and taught to set and maintain boundaries.

What I dislike about the company

They express a low regard for their employees and this filters down to how these employees treat their clients, making a hard situation even harder.
