Alot of favoritisim from top management with tenured employees. They act as if they pay you the salary not thr company and they have bought you.
Support from management
If you are new and trying to create space for you, make sure you bribe the management by giving them gifts constantly.
Everyone is to each its own there. A manager will fire you in an instant. They go through a 30-50 employees a month.
You try communicating to management and HR for any issue and you become the gossip of the office.
There are more females then males. Females generally always got lower wage then their male couter parts.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Oh they always side with tenured employees. And only way to be tenured there is to keep sucking up to your upper management. Its never on basis of merit.
What you get hired on is what you are stuck with.
Overall compensation for your work
24/7 work, job of 4 professionals and paid for half of one professinal.
Office / Work Environment
Unsanitary, carpets are stained and smell, roofs have leaks, warehouse is full of huge spiders and dust. No AC in the warehouse. 911 would be called 2-3 times a week during summer due to heat exhaustion.
No work life balance. If you are salaried, you work in the office then work from home. Will get calls 2 3 4 AM in the morning.
Not too good
As long as you praise the manager, dont prove them wrong on something, give them gifts, bring something for them to eat. If you dont Best be sure your job is on the line no matter how good you are.
No safety in the warehouse.
They provided basic high level training for 2 days and expected to run the warehouse in the first month. Unless you are smart and quick thinker and dont hasitate to take risks, you can kiss your job good bye.
