Hands off approach. Figure it out by reading the process with no training to ask questions and other employees try to help but they have to make their #"s as well. Production line mentality. Process guidelines vague at best. Constantly changing reporting structure and workload.
Support from management
Management seems a bit job scared and that never bodes well for new employees.
Teamwork is just a buzzword.

Quick morning meetings to run through previous days #"'s.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Appears the youth movement push is on.
