The workload isn't fairly distributed and there isn't a say in the structure in your own area of responsibility
No employees do not speak fondly of the company and that image reflects reality
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat all employees fairly. Treat people according to how they work not based on if you personally like them or not or if they go out drinking alcohol with you after work hours.
I dislike about the employer
All employees are not treated the same or fairly. Success at this company depends on if you are apart of the popular group of overhead staff. To be successfully apart of it you have go to all of there after work events that encourage the drinking of alcohol. Its held against you in a negative way if you don't attend or participate in those events. The events are not paid work time functions.
