Suggestions for improvement
- Management should listen more to the workers in their departments. Those that are left can give you history of the company before making changes that don't make sense. I understand change and growth. Advise that upper management take time to find out how postions were done in the past.
I like about the employer
It had a family atmosphere when I first arrive 16 years ago. Welcoming and engaging.
I dislike about the employer
As the company was sold several times the culture changed of a period of time. A little more cut throat and back stabbing.
All of the upper management that treated employees fairly were either let go or let on their own. Most hide behind emails and very little face to face contact. Since the last sale a lot of the company knowledge was let go.
