Suggestions for improvement
- Treat ALL all employees fair, need better pay and benefits
Fear. No management cared about people, only production
When you reached out to management, the response was if you need my help,why do we need you.
Communication was need to know only. Departments did not speak to each other
The CEO apologized for having to raise the starting pay.
You work in non tempature controlled warehouses or in yard. Weather didn't matter. It could be 100 degrees, or 10 degrees. You worked outside in rain, heat or snow.
Team work is what you make it, sometimes it feels like upper management doesn't know you exist than they hang around for hours on end. Nothing is consistent.
When new changes come out they are just there one day, no training, they just expect you to know how to use the items
They say they like you to have a balanced schedule but they don't tell you that you might be working 80 hours one week than only 25 the next. Nothing is consistent to make it a balanced work-life environment.
