Suggestions for improvement
- communicate more effectively the needs of your team to upper management, such as greater compensation or desire for change in negative office culture. Upper management assumes everything is fine because the team managers are unwilling to communicate how unhappy and undercompensated the general workforce feels there.
What I dislike about the company
Does not fairly compensate employees while expecting them to take on multiple additional responsibilities, lack of clear communication between general staff and management team, unprofessional environment, large degree of distrust and ill feelings standard for office culture
