The company preaches integrity but the leadership does not practice what the company wants.
Support from Management
There is no leadership support. Favoritism is seen in regards between the supervisor and co-worker.
There is no work balance. You work a lot of hours with no appreciation or thanks given.
Suggestions for improvement
- Need to have anonymous surveys yearly on ethics and integrity at the store level.
