Dust. Mgr didn't support the direction of company policies concerning development and fair treatment of staff.
Was hired and there was no communication for 9 days on a schedule from Dist Mgr and training store mgr.
Dirty office politics any favoritism ran rampant
Suggestions for improvement
- Hold all Dist Managers and up to keep the policies of fair treatment of all employees and always 24 hours a day keep at least 2 employees on all shifts
