I like about the employer
Compensation is relatively good.
I dislike about the employer
Non-existent development - was there for multiple years with zero (absolutely zero) development programs and no developmental feedback from a mentor or supervisor; company does not encourage or support cross-company opportunities so potential to move up or over is very limited; management operates on a month to month basis with little to no strategy for long-term growth or opportunities; promotions are mostly given to those that have been "Stryker guys" (i.e. Stryker for a long time); outsiders are not overly welcomed. The level of emotional intelligence is very low throughout the culture.
