The company is big on teamwork. Everyone works together to make sure operations run as it needs to.

The company definitely trusts independent work. It is common to work independently most of the time but Management makes it easy to contact them to get any support needed.
Communication is essentially in the company to make sure every department is in the same page. There is daily communication between staff and management so there is never a feeling of being lost or left out.

Office / Work Environment
The Albany office is small but comfortable and functional.
Stuart-Lynn is very eco-conscious. They do recycle, from paper to cardboard and plastic bottles.
The company really value work-life balance. The owners are very understanding of sickness, emergencies, appointments, unexpected life events, etc. They also value weekends and days off being personal time. It is very rate to work on the weekends and days off are respected.
I am very proud to work for the company. It is my ideal position and my ideal company to work for!
I've only been with the company 2 weeks and management has already assured my of job security.
The building and office are handicap accessible.
The workplace is very safe and OSHA compliant. There is an employee handbook that explains workplace safety and accident prevention.
The work I do is somewhat challenging but I am proud of my role in the company and the work I do.
