Suggestions for improvement
- CHANGE THE ROLES THAT SOME PEOPLE PLAY
Previously culture was exceptional. Management was supportive, there were many opportunities for advancement, and they cared about employees. Most senior employees have been replaced with individuals from up north and they dont care about employees. No integrity or ethics. Now, it's a job. It's no longer fun.
No focus, all over the place, never finish anything. Some good ideas but no support or appropriate resources to get things fully accomplished.
Collegues do great together. Mgmt will sometimes pit one against the other for competition sake.
