Support from Management
The store manager was horrible. She ran out anyone that was a threat to her.
Employees were great!! The ones I worked with are currently not there anymore though.
Suggestions for improvement
- Train the store manager better so that she knows everyone has career goals. She will work with people that want to become district managers or store managers so it's no reason to run them out.
