It is like high school (for production associates). There is bullying, gossip, and it can be very trying at times. You must have a thick skin.
Support from management
Management does try, but SIA is a very large company. It is difficult to asses every individual's needs.
It varies throughout the factory. There are some teams that het along wonderfully and some that don't.
Freedom to work independently
Every person, to my knowledge, is expected to do their own job independently.
