- Take the time and ask your employees why are they leaving and know that there two sides to the story.

The patients and the love they shared every week
I dislike about the employer
You are quickly to bEcole unemployed if you speak up for yourself. Managers don't know how to speak to employees and they never ask employees questions before they fire you. It is one sided and if you are in the click with the managers, you are safe.
