- Clean up your environment! It's like an entire office of MISFITS! Expect professionalism from them or have them move on! This is YOUR company name that they are DESTROYING!
What I like about the company
There are NO positive personal experiences with this company. You have LOW pay for work expectations, company 401k match...IF...the company meets certain expectations (paid at the end of the year IF you are still working for them on 12/31 close of business! They tout "bonuses in interview" but haven't had one for FIVE years! Working environment is HORRIBLE! Tout a very professional office in the interview but found out they must have referring to another office! Leads talk down to you. Backstabbing everywhere. Management acts like they didn't have a clue about it...they don't have a clue alright, but's not about the issues in the office. Employee's swear, not just a little, but nonstop! Management is not different. They talk down to employee's. Expect you to bring your own second monitor because they are too cheap to provide one. They told me to use my own phone to track customers whose numbers are no good anymore because they hit their white pages limits for a business. Also wanted me to use my own phone for a calculator because there's are garbage and don't work. Employee's so stressed that they are "walking it off" almost hourly. Pathetic place to call employment.
What I dislike about the company
The whole thing! The day before customers budget payment plans expire, some of the local offices go out and fill up their tanks...the customer then has to PAY THIS ENTIRE BALANCE IN FULL before being put back on BPP...the issue? A lot of them are on BPP because they CAN'T afford to pay in full!
