Supervisors have one on one talks that are not encouraging they just point out what you are doing wrong.
Support from Management
Expectations unrealistic. Supervisors show favoritism and use intimidation tactics
We try to encourage each other but management makes it difficult to work as a team when they single out an employee and blame them for bringing everyone down.
Level of Autonomy
Goals are unrealistic and customer call coverage is not considered so working is very stressful
