Suggestions for improvement
- Allow staff opportunities for professional development Provide more support for remote staff Keep goals realistic and try to find a way to decrease the fear of being laid off for staff members
I like about the employer
The leadership was always right there to tell you when you did a good job, even the owner / CEO would personally make a call to recognize a special achievement.
I dislike about the employer
There are lay offs / restructuring on a frequent basis, more than 2x a year, and all employees are constantly worried that if they don't meet goal they will be laid off. It is hard to work when you are constantly worried about keeping your job.
