Suggestions for improvement
- End the bozo explosion. Do assessment tests for reading comprehension before hiring new people in customer service. Also, give the supervisors and managers IQ tests and eliminate those with mental impairments they keep hiring inadequate workers who just make the job harder for the rest of us.
What I like about the company
They pay well for customer service work.
What I dislike about the company
What they call customer service work is sometimes something else. I was hired to do customer service but was put to work actually doing something more akin to accounting, only for customer service wages. Many of the benefits that were offered when I took the job, like tuition reimbursement, were taken away shortly after I was hired and before I could take advantage of them. Even in my current role, when I transferred into a new department, I was told they planned on developing me and was promised a promotion when somebody in the next level of our group retired. We have one person scheduled to retire now, but their role is not going to be back-filled, so there is no promotion waiting for me, so that's one more broken promise.
